What is your policy on Returns and Exchange?
All sales are final, there is no Cash refunds on returned item but we will exchange the return merchandise if returned before 7 days from the date of your purchase in the same condition. However, customers are responsible for shipping fees on all exchanges. We make every attempt to accurately photograph and describe all merchandise. Do you always have the same things or prints that I can re-order? Can you guarantee that specific products will be available?
We sometimes re-order the same prints but since most of our prints and fabrics are handmade, it takes time before we receive it again. We can not guarantee that any product will be in stock at any specific time . Our fabric sell so fast, so we apply the principle "first come, first serve" Everything is priced to sell. That's why we say, "If you want it, get it while it's here."
